<p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with non-standard mechanical design, pneumatic and hydraulic principles, proficient in using Sol iworks, CAD and other drawing software;</p><p>2. More than two years of experience in non-standard mechanical design, able to independently complete the selection of pneumatic components and actuators;</p><p>4. 1. Responsible for the company's product production and mold drawing, following up on the company's new projects, and conducting mechanical design based on project design plans, including structural design, component selection, etc;

2. List the standard mechanical, pneumatic, and other components that need to be purchased, including design drawings, 3D modeling, and 2D engineering drawings;

3. Prepare a list of project spare parts and equipment manuals based on the design plan, and assist the production department in equipment installation;

4. Conduct technical coordination with the engineering department before equipment shipment, provide technical coordination materials, and provide technical support for installation and commissioning;

1. Carefully implement the company's quality policy, instruction standards, and quality inspection rules and regulations;

2. Strengthen product inspection efforts, achieve initial inspection, intermediate inspection, final inspection, and daily inspection work;

3. Conduct inspections on purchased and outsourced raw materials and finished products, and keep records, labels, signatures, and dates;

4. Repaired products: For non-conforming products, the quality inspector shall issue a repair notice to the production workshop for repair. After the workpiece is repaired, the quality inspector shall conduct a re inspection, confirm that there are no quality problems, and make inspection records. The report shall be written in Chinese, indicate the date, and the concession acceptance product shall be recorded in accordance with the company's relevant regulations;

5. The quality inspector of the product inspected on the same day issues a warehouse entry notice and a work hour sheet, including a non-conforming product repair order and filing for record;

6. Carry out quality management activities, such as employee training, follow-up and verification of non conformities, supervision, etc;

7. Assist in the preparation, inspection, follow-up and improvement of internal and external audits;

8. Responsible for the distribution, regular review, and update management of controlled documents and standards;

1. Arrange production plans according to the order schedule;

2. Understand the drawings, processes, and raw material conditions, and follow the principle of urgency before delay to prepare for various tasks;

3. Go deep into the team, understand the progress of each process, and supervise each team to produce according to the plan and ensure smooth process connection;

4. Keep abreast of production and safety trends at all times; Focus on understanding the progress of on-site production, and promptly and truthfully report any problems to each level;

5. Follow up and inspect the daily production completion status, and analyze the situations where the plan was not completed;

6. Responsible for overtime work of workshop personnel;
